The Adekaem was founded in January 2013 by two musicians: Andrzej Bielas and Krzysztof Wala. The band was inspired by the progressive and psychedelic rock of the 70s and 80s. However, in our work you will find echoes of classic rock and jazz-rock.

Andrzej Bielas. Musician, composer and keyboard instrumentalist. In 1995 he released his first cassette with music entitled "Miłość Taka Jak Ta", and a year later CD "Hours of Eternity". He is the founder of Terra Nova, and currently Co-founder of The Adekaem. Author of numerous compositions for short films, and creator of EL-music.

Krzysztof Wala. Musician, composer, guitarist. Musically active since 1988. Co-founder of several bands ranging in style from Gothic Rock to Blues-Rock. He has been co-founder and creator of the progressive-rock band The Adekaem since January 2013 together with Andrzej Bielas.

Jakub Basoń. Progressive rock admirer since early youth. Since 2020 lyricist for "The Adekaem". Learning flute and bass guitar player and music composer.
